• A £100 deposit is required, and the remaining bill is to be paid when the job is completed

• The prices are only for the Bristol area. For locations outside Bristol an extra charge is applied, please contact us to discuss.

• An extra charge will be added if there is no easy access to the work site or if there are difficult ground conditions.

• The prices for concrete bases include supplying or mixing the concrete on site, hardcore, dump-proof membrane, and shuttering as required.

• The prices include 100mm thick concrete and 75mm hardcore base (compacted).

• The prices assume there is easy access to the site.

• The prices assume no significant digging and no obstructions such as existing buildings, garden walls, trees, or compost heaps. If required, site clearance is available at additional cost.

• Skips are not included in the price, and the spoil (dug soil, clay, etc.) can be dispersed/disposed of on-site.

• An interval of seven days is advisable between the base and installation.

• Payment is due to the baselayer on the day of completion. If the work is not completed, the customer is entitled to withhold a proportionate amount of the uncompleted work.

• By starting the work, the baselayer implies an acceptance of the prices and conditions set out on this page. The customer also implies an acceptance of these prices and conditions.

• We recommend that the customer advise us in advance of any special requirements or unusual site conditions and indicate the position and size required for the base. We also recommend that the customer inspect the work soon after completion, while we are on-site if possible, and to discuss any concerns without delay.
